After a stint as account executive for a major media company, she transitioned into advertising agency account management where she moved from handling local to regional and national accounts. At Preferred, Michelle is responsible for developing the company’s marketing strategy and branding campaign. In addition, she leads and manages the client service division for both Papa John’s and commercial-based accounts. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville. |

She uses this experience to manage the estimating, planning and client service commercial print team at Preferred. Carolyn is a graduate of Indiana University where she holds a B.A. in Communications. |

He is a graduate of the University of Louisville, father of four, coach of youth football and an active participant in the Down Syndrome of Louisville and St. Baldrick’s organizations.

She began by assisting in her mother’s business, then later started her own company that specialized in sports products. After deciding she wanted to work for a company with full resources and support, she chose Preferred Marketing. Heather has a real passion for her job and prides herself on building strong relationships with her customers. During her free time, she enjoys coaching her five-year-old daughter in cheerleading, being a co-leader in Girl Scouts, and following her 9-year-old son through football, basketball and baseball seasons. Heather is a huge University of Louisville sports fan. |

Before discovering commercial web and sheet-fed printing, he worked in sales for a business forms and labels company and for a major newspaper in the Southwest. Chad became a first time father in 2009, with the birth of his first son, Evan, and soon will have a second son starting in October 2011. When he is not selling, Chad enjoys reading, playing soccer and traveling. |
